Cadets from 2469 (Exeter St Thomas) Squadron have recently been awarded their BTEC Certificates in Aviation Studies (equivalent to two GCSEs in General Science, Grade C)

This certificate is awarded to cadets who have successfully completed their Leading, Senior and Master Cadet training syllabus and passed examinations in nine different air-orientated subjects including - Airmanship, Principles of Flight, Air Navigation, Military Aircraft Systems and Piston, Jet and Rocket Propulsion.
