Welcome to 2469 (Exeter St Thomas) Squadron

The Air Training Corps (ATC) is part of the Royal Air Force Air Cadets organisation (RAFAC), supported by the Royal Air Force and partly as a charity, the Air Cadets is of the largest uniformed youth organisations in the UK - within this, 2469 (Exeter St. Thomas) Squadron gives young people the opportunity to experience a whole range of exciting and interesting activities and events.

Air Cadets, both male and female, aged from 12 to 20, get the opportunities to participate in a range of thrilling and inspiring activities.
Where else can you learn to fly and glide, visit RAF Stations, tour foreign countries, play sports from local to International level, lead expeditions in wild country, become a shooting marksman, gain the Duke of Edinburgh's Awards and recognised BTEC qualifications, assist your local community, join a band, learn aviation subjects, parachute, climb, sail, ski .... ?

No cadet ever leaves the Air Cadets without making some improvement to their confidence, leadership, judgment and the ability to think on their feet - all of which are essential attributes in today's competitive academic and work environments.
